Question: There are 12 different topics but We need to choose only one. I want to choose "Team and Team works". We have to choose five different journal articles on that chosen topic. And we need to summarise our understanding of each article. Everything that needs to be done in this assignment are mentioned in the assignment description which is attached below. please do check and hope you will help me out. Learning Outcomes 1. Interpret and describe the contemporary theoretical frameworks and concepts of organisational behaviour; 2. Analyse and outline different types of human behaviour in the workplace; 3. Assess how an evidence-based approach can be applied to interpret management and organisational behaviour; 4. Hypothesise organisational problems and develop strategies to resolve them.   Assessment Description : An annotated bibliography is a list of citations of academic articles. Each citation is followed by a brief paragraph describing your understanding and evaluation of the article. In order to do the annotated bibliography, individual students must choose one of the topics below relating to Organisational Behaviour. Then you are required to read 5 peer reviewed journal articles and summarise your understanding of each article. Students are required to search and select the journal articles in EBSCO or other tertiary sources. The annotated bibliography should be about 1000 words. The full reference of each article should be formatted using the Harvard Australian style of referencing. The 12 topics to choose from as follows: 1) Change Management 2) Team and Teamwork 3) Conflict in organisations 4) Power and politics 5) Organisational structure 6) Organisational culture 7) Personalities in organisation 8) Measurement of attitudes and perception in organisations 9) Diversity at Workplace 10) Motivation and its theories 11) Decision making mechanism in organisation 12) Communication in workplace. Only 1 topic is to be selected for the annotated bibliography assignment. Students whose annotated bibliography’s assignment contain two or more topics will be penalised for not adhering to the instruction. Each annotation should be concise - you are writing a summary, not an essay. Annotations should be around one paragraph. Write in full sentences using academic vocabulary. Issues that may be mentioned include: the credentials of the authors; the content and scope of the reference; and the main argument and conclusions. The evaluative paragraph should address the following issues: Brief summary of the content of the source. Inclusion of the author’s background (‘evaluates’ their credentials). Explanation of how the research was conducted and its scope. Comment on the validity of the research and/or limitations. Summary of the key themes, arguments and conclusions (or potential for future research in the area). Evaluation of the usefulness of the source to others.
