a. Detail meeting date/time/venue, the chairperson and the note taker for the meeting. The note taker role must be rotated from meeting to meeting and that person will be responsible for posting the meeting minutes to the DB within three days of the meeting. You may also choose to rotate the role of chairperson.b. List the attendees at the meeting. Note apologies (team member explained prior to meeting why they could not attend) or absentees (team did not hear from the person who did not attend the set meeting).c. List discussion items, key points of discussion and outcomes, and note future action to be taken by individual team members and by what deadline date.d. Review whether previously minuted actions were completed and note reason if not completed. If not completed, carry the action forward to the next agenda (and meeting), noting the item has been carried forward
