Using an ecological model, examine the impact of historical and current influences and discriminatory practices contributing to the mental health of a marginalised population. Focus your study specifically on one marginalised population relevant to your workplace. Examples may include: people from non-English speaking backgrounds, First Nations People, older people, or Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, or you may examine another marginalised group.
