You may very well find the rest of the report interesting reading, particularly in the context of the forthcoming exam. Consider the following statements: 1. Mr Van Dijk breached the Engineers New Zealand Code of Ethical Conduct 2. The department of Conservation (DOC) had in place a management structure that was properly equipped to manage the building of structures capable of safely bearing the weight of large groups of people 3. A carefully considered plan, with fully defined responsibilities and clearly established chain of command, for the construction of the platform, was developed and meticulously implemented 4.
